Job Description

A full-time Treatment Coordinator. The primary responsibilities will include creating and coordinating full-arch, office-based, and medically billed treatment plans; discussing estimated financial responsibility with patients; reviewing records to ensure required documentation is available for coding and claim submission; and serving as the liaison among patients, providers, laboratories, restorative offices, and our outside billing company.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable discussing treatment costs, and able to manage multiple complex cases from consultation through completion. Experience in oral surgery, implant dentistry, treatment coordination, medical or dental billing, or healthcare administration is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience working in oral surgery, implant dentistry, treatment coordination, medical or dental billing, or healthcare administration
- Excellent communication skills
