Job Description

This person will lead large-scale capital, facility, studio, and media technology projects from initial planning through final delivery. They will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. The role serves as the primary point of contact between executive leadership, operations, engineering, media technology teams, and external partners, providing regular project updates, managing risks and escalations, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring successful occupancy, commissioning, and project closeout without disrupting business operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive project management experience overseeing large-scale capital, construction, facilities, or building infrastructure projects.
Strong budget, schedule, and resource management experience.
Experience working with architects, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with contract negotiation, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
