Insight Global is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager for a leading AI infrastructure client. This individual will own strategic sourcing and supplier management for critical compute infrastructure, including GPU servers, storage solutions, and key hardware components that power large-scale AI deployments. The ideal candidate will negotiate with OEMs and ODMs, secure long-term supply capacity, develop dual-sourcing strategies, and drive supplier performance through data-driven metrics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep knowledge of hardware procurement and supply chain strategy, and wants to play a direct role in building next-generation AI infrastructure at unprecedented scale.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or category management
- 3-5+ years of direct experience sourcing compute infrastructure, including servers, GPUs, storage systems, or data center hardware
- Experience negotiating directly with OEMs and/or ODMs for hardware procurement
- Proven track record securing supply allocation, capacity, or long-lead hardware during constrained market conditions
- Experience owning a hardware sourcing category end-to-end, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and delivery
- Strong supplier performance management experience using KPIs, scorecards, and operational metrics
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- GPU and accelerator sourcing experience
- Direct ODM engagement experience
- Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling
- Import and trade compliance knowledge
- Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, AI, HPC, or large-scale data center deployments
- Experience building dual-source strategies for critical hardware components
- Deep understanding of server, storage, and node-level hardware cost structures
