Job Description

This individual will primarily support the firm's FRTB compliance program by coordinating project activities across Global Markets and ensuring all trading books remain aligned with regulatory requirements. Approximately 60% of the role will focus on project management responsibilities, including monitoring project health, maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, escalating risks and issues, and providing status updates to stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with business leaders and line-of-business representatives to ensure commitments are being met and compliance timelines stay on track.
Approximately 30% of the role will involve business analysis activities, including gathering and validating status updates, reviewing data and reporting requirements, querying information from reporting databases using tools such as Zink, and helping identify gaps, risks, or remediation plans when projects fall behind schedule. The individual will analyze progress across multiple workstreams and translate findings into meaningful reports and presentations for management.
The remaining 10% of responsibilities will consist of administrative and coordination functions, including updating project tracking tools, maintaining governance documentation, preparing reporting materials, and participating in meetings to communicate project status and next steps. This role requires a highly organized professional who can operate across multiple stakeholders, drive accountability, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical regulatory initiatives.
