Job Description

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead strategic system enhancements, implementations, and regulatory initiatives across Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR). These roles will oversee delivery within three key workstreams: Controls, Remediation, and Back Reporting.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of complex regulatory programs, partnering with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and sustainable solutions across global regulatory obligations (MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC, SEC, CAD, and APAC regulations).

Program & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across system enhancements, implementations, and regulatory initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned to regulatory priorities
- Manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and ensure proactive mitigation
- Drive governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications
- Oversee cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Technology, Operations, and Compliance

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between Business, Technology, Compliance, and Regulatory stakeholders
- Communicate program updates, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, and steering committees
- Drive alignment across global teams and ensure accountability for deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10+ years of Project Management experience within Capital Markets
- Proven experience delivering system enhancements, regulatory programs, or data initiatives
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, transaction reporting, and data flows
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a complex, global environment
