A Fortune 500 client of Insight Global is seeking a Windows Engineer to support enterprise AI and endpoint engineering initiatives. This individual will be responsible for desktop service ownership, endpoint engineering, system management, and Tier III support across a Windows-based enterprise environment. The engineer will design, implement, maintain, and enhance endpoint management solutions while collaborating with engineering, operations, security, and support teams to improve the overall end-user experience. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows endpoint management, automation through PowerShell, and enterprise desktop infrastructure technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience with Windows Engineering within enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise with Windows 11 endpoint management and support
• Extensive experience administering and configuring Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Edge management, policies, and deployment strategies
• Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting AI-powered platforms and tools in enterprise environments
• Experience implementing AI agents and understanding how agents are deployed, configured, and governed
• Exposure to Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini or similar AI ecosystems
• 5+ years of recent experience supporting and engineering enterprise desktop environments
• Strong expertise with Windows 10/11 operating systems and endpoint management technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), Hybrid Join, and Co-Management
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, BitLocker, and endpoint security controls
• Experience with VPN solutions including Cisco AnyConnect, Pulse Secure, and ZScaler
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN, and VPN connectivity
• Knowledge of Windows Defender, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Network Access Controls, and endpoint compliance
• Experience providing Tier III support and acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with desktop privilege management solutions such as Ivanti or Intune Endpoint Privilege Management
• Knowledge of MacOS and Linux operating systems
• Experience with backup and recovery tools including CrashPlan, Code42, or Druva
• Experience working in Agile environments utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting and analytics
• Experience creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and operational procedures
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint security and configuration management initiatives
• Vendor management and escalation experience
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive continual service enhancements
• Experience creating test plans, testing new applications, and evaluating endpoint management solutions
