Insight Global is looking for a Nurse Manager to join one of the top healthcare organizations in the Tri-State area. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of a primary care clinic, managing approximately 25 clinical team members, including Medical Assistants and nursing staff. This individual will be responsible for allocating resources, ensuring proper staffing coverage, maintaining supplies, and keeping clinic workflows running efficiently. They will serve as the primary clinical leader and support system for staff, providing coaching, guidance, and real-time problem solving while ensuring employees remain competent, engaged, and compliant with organizational standards. The Nurse Manager will also handle employee relations matters, including attendance management, tardiness, sick time concerns, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions within a unionized environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License and BLS Certification
• Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a primary care or internal medicine
• 2+ years of experience as a nurse manager
• Experience managing and disciplining unionized staff (1199 and/or UFT preferred)
• Ability to oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, workflows, supplies, and resource allocation
NEA-BC certification
