Job Description

• Design and implement scalable, modular automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems
• Define and drive automation strategy, standards, and governance across teams
• Lead adoption of shift-left and shift-right testing practices, including production validation
• Establish best practices for test design, code quality, and maintainability

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8–12+ years in software quality engineering with strong automation experience
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD integration
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering concepts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience designing enterprise-level automation platforms
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in performance testing and observability tools
• Experience mentoring teams or leading automation initiatives
