Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate, Platform Operations to support cross-functional initiatives spanning product operations, content strategy, and platform enhancements. This role requires strong collaboration skills, an understanding of digital content workflows, and the ability to help drive features from concept through launch. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities

Support the development and launch of new product features by gathering requirements, providing operational input, participating in user acceptance testing, and helping resolve issues following release.
Partner with Product, Strategy, Analytics, Data, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate initiatives and ensure successful implementation of platform enhancements.
Manage operational processes, communications, and stakeholder updates to support ongoing and experimental platform improvements.
Assist with high-visibility initiatives, major content launches, seasonal campaigns, live events, and other business-critical programs.
Participate in recurring product and technology meetings to stay informed of upcoming releases, enhancements, priorities, and operational impacts.
Monitor and evaluate platform incidents, identify immediate solutions, and coordinate issue escalation with appropriate teams when necessary.
Track project progress, document workflows, and support continuous process improvement efforts across multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in content operations, platform operations, digital publishing, e-commerce, streaming media, editorial operations, or a related field.
Experience supporting large-scale content or digital product ecosystems.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Interest in digital media, entertainment, technology, consumer products, or content-driven experiences.
Experience working with content management systems, publishing platforms, metadata workflows, or digital product operations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with large-scale content publishing or digital platform operations.
Familiarity with product development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and release management processes.
