Job Description

The Workplace Services Manager oversees day-to-day operations for the New York office, ensuring the workplace is organized, functional, and employee-focused. They serve as the main point of contact for facilities, maintenance, vendors, workplace requests, and office logistics. The role manages food and beverage programs, seating and occupancy planning, mail services, and workplace inventory. They also support onboarding, employee events, and culture-building initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they maintain operational records, manage budgets, and help ensure a seamless office experience for employees and visitors.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing office operations, workplace services, facilities, or employee experience programs.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Experience using workplace systems such as ServiceNow, Slack, Envoy, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Vendor management and service coordination experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with food and beverage program management.
• Familiarity with workplace culture initiatives and internal communications.
