Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through the full litigation lifecycle
• Evaluate case value and develop litigation strategy
• File lawsuits and oversee all phases of discovery
• Conduct factual investigations and case analysis
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process
• Partner with the intake team to onboard and assess new matters
• Handle motions, case preparation, and other litigation-related activities
• Independently drive cases from litigation through resolution
Work closely with firm leadership while taking ownership of an active caseload

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• J.D. and active attorney license in New York
• 3+ years of legal experience
• Experience handling litigation matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow professionally
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Plaintiff personal injury experience
• Insurance defense litigation experience
• Insurance industry background
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience
• Experience handling cases through settlement negotiations
• Business development, networking, or community relationship-building experience
