Job Description
Design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Resolute Hospital Billing solutions.
Support and optimize Epic modules including SBO, Claims & Remittance, Charge Router, and Patient Statements.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support for billing and revenue cycle operations.
Collaborate with revenue cycle, patient financial services, and operational stakeholders to improve billing workflows and system functionality.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system enhancements and configurations.
Perform system testing, validation, and support for upgrades, implementations, and optimization efforts.
Create and maintain documentation, workflows, configuration records, and issue logs.
Participate in on-call support rotation and provide occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate claims submission, payment posting, reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive solutions that enhance operational efficiency and end-user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing Epic Resolute Hospital Billing applications.
Epic certifications in:
Resolute Hospital Billing (HB/SBO)
Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
Claims & Remittance
Experience with Epic Resolute HB configuration, build, testing, implementation, and support.
Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, including claims processing, remittance posting, billing operations, and reimbursement processes.
Experience supporting:
Single Billing Office (SBO)
Claims & Remittance
Charge Router
Patient Statements
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience participating in at least one full Epic implementation lifecycle.
