Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a top industrial client. This individual will support construction, facilities, and site operations by coordinating contractors, maintaining infrastructure and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between project teams, facilities personnel, contractors, and internal stakeholders while helping drive operational continuity across the site. This role offers a mix of project coordination, hands-on facilities support, contractor management, infrastructure oversight, and special project involvement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment with strong visibility and impact on daily operations. This is a permanent position and pays $27.00-$35.00 hourly.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, facilities maintenance, or project support
• Knowledge of construction practices, facility maintenance, and contractor management
• Experience working with contractors, maintenance vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of industrial safety requirements, equipment maintenance and contractor safety programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and maintenance documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Technical training, trade school education, or Associate's degree
• Experience with waste management and site infrastructure systems
Experience supporting heavy equipment, cranes, vehicles, and site assets
