Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for a top manufacturing client. This individual will serve as the leader for a variety of capital projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives across a large manufacturing campus. The role is heavily focused on project leadership, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management rather than hands-on technical work. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing facilities, construction project management, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to drive projects from concept through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned facilities professional who enjoys leading high-impact projects that improve operations, enhance facility capabilities, and support long-term site growth. This is a full-time position and pays $115,000 - $145,000 yearly.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Construction Project Management
• Experience in a manufacturing environment- leading capital projects and facility upgrades
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
○ Determine project scope and detailed construction schedules
• Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Working knowledge of compressed air and cooling water systems, including piping, compressors, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Strong skills in: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project
Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience supporting large campus facilities
· Construction Project Management background
· Facilities leadership experience within manufacturing operations
· Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure systems
