Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Facilities HVAC Technician that will operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, air compressors, HVAC equipment, and other critical utility systems while utilizing BMS platforms to track performance and resolve issues. This individual will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, support the site's water treatment program, maintain maintenance records and documentation, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, ensure compliance with safety and LOTO procedures, and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical utility system outages as needed. This is a full-time position and pays $30.00 - $42.00/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC, facility maintenance, boiler operations, chiller operations, or related mechanical systems experience
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC and utility systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Basic understanding of boiler and cooling tower water treatment programs
• Experience in OSHA-regulated environments
• Experience with formal Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Technical, vocational, military, or trade school training in HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Systems, or related field
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• NYSDEC 7G Pesticide Certification
• Experience operating aerial work platforms, boom lifts, JLGs, Genie Lifts, or similar equipment
• Previous experience supporting water treatment chemical programs
Experience working in laboratory or highly regulated facility environments
