Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a top utility client supporting critical Protection & Control initiatives that help advance the clean energy transition. This individual will lead large-scale engineering projects focused on relay protection systems, communication network modernization, CORE software integration, and transmission reliability programs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineering professional with strong relay protection expertise, project leadership experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role combines technical oversight, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and strategic project execution while supporting some of the most critical electrical infrastructure initiatives in the region. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly contribute to grid modernization, reliability, and clean energy goals.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + 8 years of experience in relay protection and control systems OR
Master's Degree in Engineering + 6 years of experience in relay protection and control systems
- Strong knowledge of Relay Protection & Control (P&C) Systems
- Experience leading project teams and managing complex engineering projects
- Engineering design, construction, and/or utility operations experience
- Strong project management skills including scope, budget, schedule, and compliance tracking
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driver's License
- Ability to work in high-voltage substations, power plants, and adverse field conditions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP Certification
- Experience with Fiber Network Installations
- Experience with Teleprotection Circuits
- Utility transmission and/or distribution operations experience
- Experience with maintenance of electrical transmission/distribution facilities
- Prior supervisory experience
- Experience developing engineering standards, guidelines, and procedures
