Insight Global is looking for an Engagement Manager to join one of the top healthcare systems in the Tri-State area. This person will serve as a strategic partner between clinical departments, patient access operations, and analytics teams. This individual is responsible for supporting and improving front-end patient experience and access workflows, with a focus on appointment scheduling, referral management, provider template optimization, patient throughput, and access-related performance metrics. This role leverages patient access and operational data to identify workflow inefficiencies, improve patient experience, increase provider utilization, and drive revenue growth through better access and scheduling performance. The Engagement Manager works closely with Consumer Engagement Center leadership, department administrators, physicians, and operational stakeholders to develop data-driven recommendations and implement process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-5 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or project management role within healthcare
• Strong Microsoft suite experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with numerous teams
• Experience working/supporting with clinical departments or patient access operations
• Ability to analyze workflows and data to drive actionable insights
Bachelors Degree

• Epic experience
Experience in front-end revenue cycle functions
