Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Facility Truck Driver for a top food & beverage R&D client. This candidate will be responsible for transporting materials across a multi-building campus using electric vehicles, including a box truck and cargo van. The role is heavily driving-focused, with about 70% of time spent operating vehicles, and includes extensive on-the-job training across warehouse operations such as shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and equipment operation. This individual will also support broader facility needs including furniture moves, equipment setup, and general upkeep. • Drive electric box truck and cargo van between site buildings (~70% of the role)
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely
• Receive hands-on training across warehouse operations
• Support shipping & receiving processes
• Assist with warehouse operations including recycling and material handling
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)
• Support operational needs across the facility
• Assist with office/furniture moves and equipment setup
• Respond to facility needs such as spill cleanup and general upkeep
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and common areas

Required Skills & Experience

• Clean, valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and cargo van (on-site driving)
• Willingness to learn inventory handling procedures
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working occasional overtime

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 1–2 years of warehouse, facility, or logistics experience
- Experience with shipping/receiving or inventory handling
