Job Description
A client is looking for a Veeva Vault CRM Program Manager to sit onsite 3 days per week in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This person will act as the execution lead for a large-scale global Veeva Vault CRM transformation, responsible for running the day-to-day PMO and ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams. They will manage the integrated program plan, track risks/issues through RAID logs, and drive governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. On a daily basis, they will coordinate closely with the system integrator, internal product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to keep workstreams aligned across CRM configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing. They will facilitate working sessions, manage dependencies between CRM and MDM/data efforts, and support wave-based global rollouts starting with the US and expanding internationally. This role is highly cross-functional and influential, requiring strong communication, training/enablement coordination, and the ability to hold teams accountable while operating in a fast-moving, early-stage program environment. This person has to be comfortable with pay in the range of $90-100/hr depending on experience level.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of IT program/project management experience with direct experience leading Veeva CRM or Vault CRM implementations in a pharma/biotech commercial environment
Proven experience owning large-scale, global CRM transformations (multi-market, multi-wave rollouts at a large enterprise scale company)
Strong Veeva platform knowledge (commercial/sales & marketing domain)
Strong technical acumen including integrations, data flows, MDM concepts, and CRM ecosystem dependencies (HCP/HCO data, Snowflake, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to run PMO execution end-to-end including integrated program plans, RAID logs, governance, status reporting, and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams
Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT, data, and external partners) in a highly matrixed environment
Exposure to PM tools (Planview, MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with MDM platforms (Reltio, Semarchy) and data governance/data migration efforts
Experience with training, change management, UAT coordination, and field readiness/adoption tracking
Exposure to PM tools (Planview, MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)
Open to potential occasional travel internationally to support phased global rollout
