Job Description

Insight Global is seeking multiple UKG Support/Training Consultants to support a large-scale workforce management system upgrade, with go-live scheduled for January. These individuals will work closely with the Finance Department leadership to support over 4,000 managers through system adoption.
This role will begin with 4–5 months of onboarding and training, where consultants will learn the UKG platform and transition into production support. Day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inbound tickets and calls through Salesforce, supporting managers with timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave, and reporting issues, and documenting and triaging system issues with a high level of accuracy.
As the team approaches go-live consultants will shift from general support into more focused go-live readiness and stabilization efforts. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Required Skills & Experience

· Experience training/providing tier 1/2 support to end users in UKG workforce central (Kronos) OR UKG WFM
· Experience supporting or using UKG timekeeping/scheduling systems
· Detail-oriented with ability to document and triage UKG issues
· Strong communication skills (phone + written)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
· Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle high call volume
· Bachelors Degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Previous UKG (Workforce Central/ WFM) experience
· Experience with timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave, and reporting
· Salesforce ticketing system experience
