Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Contract Specialist for a large, complex healthcare IT environment. This individual will serve as a key partner to IT, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Sourcing teams, supporting the review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of technology contracts. The role plays a highly visible part in enabling strategic IT initiatives by ensuring agreements align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident negotiating complex IT terms, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume enterprise setting.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of experience in contracts, sourcing, procurement, legal ops, or related roles in an enterprise level environment (GR

Hands-on experience reviewing and negotiating IT contracts (software, SaaS, hardware, cloud, professional services)

Strong knowledge of IP, data security, privacy, and service level terms

Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in healthcare and/or HIPAA-regulated environments

Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools

Background partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams
