Job Description
We are seeking an SAP Integration & Middleware Analyst to support the design, administration, and reliability of SAP integration landscapes. This role focuses on API management, middleware operations, and end-to-end integration support, enabling seamless connectivity between SAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Support SAP middleware and integration platforms connecting SAP with internal and external applications
• Administer APIs, secure interfaces, message flows, and event-driven integrations using SAP Integration Suite or similar tools
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, including message tracking, retries, and error handling for business-critical integrations
• Support hybrid integration models spanning on-prem SAP, SAP BTP, cloud applications, and third-party services
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of middleware platforms, especially during high-volume periods and cutovers
• Assist with modernization efforts from point-to-point integrations to API-led and microservices-based architectures
• Contribute to automation of deployments, monitoring, and operational recovery processes
• Partner with Basis, infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve end-to-end integration issues
• Support governance standards for interface documentation, SLAs, and audit compliance

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting integration or middleware platforms (SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or similar)
• Understanding of APIs, message-based integrations, and interface monitoring
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud and SAP integration architectures
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across technical teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite
• Exposure to API-led or microservices-based architecture
• Experience with automation or scripting for integrations
• Familiarity with enterprise integration governance and standards
