Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a prestigious healthcare and research organization. This individual will play a critical role in post‑award financial management, reporting, and analysis for a high‑impact cancer center. The analyst will partner closely with faculty and finance leadership to monitor revenues and expenses, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate, timely financial insights that support strategic decision‑making. This role offers hands‑on exposure to complex funding sources, enterprise financial systems, and a collaborative academic medical environment with strong potential for long‑term conversion.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of post‑award grants or financial management experience
- Strong understanding of post‑award accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (reporting, analysis, templates)
- Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with enterprise financial systems
- PeopleSoft (Financials and/or HCM) experience
- Exposure to healthcare, academic medical centers, or research environments
