Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two AI Product Owners to support a financial services client based in New York City. These individuals will lead the development of AI-driven products within the Credit Services team, owning full end-to-end delivery from problem definition through implementation. The role focuses on driving innovative AI solutions that enhance productivity, improve efficiency, and reduce manual processes through intelligent automation. Candidates should bring strong delivery management experience, including gathering requirements, defining problems, and translating them into actionable product outcomes. This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week onsite in the NYC office.
Key Responsibilities:
•Define and drive the AI product strategy and roadmap for Credit Services, prioritizing high-impact use cases
•Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring measurable, compliant outcomes
•Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into AI solutions and execute across teams
•Track key KPIs (efficiency, cycle time, adoption, risk) to demonstrate value and guide decisions
•Lead AI adoption through training, enablement, and change management
•Ensure strong governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices
•Engage stakeholders, manage prioritization, and communicate progress clearly
•Build business cases, own the backlog, and provide visibility into priorities and timelines

Required Skills & Experience
•4-6 years' experience in product management
•Experience with end-to-end delivery management (problem through implementation)
•Experience developing AI solutions or AI products
•Financial Services experience
