Job Description

A large pharmaceutical client is looking for an Order to Cash Lead to join the team in New York. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle EBS Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, and a proven track record of managing complex ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to drive process optimization across global Order to Cash (OTC) workstreams.
The Order to Cash Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end OTC processes, ensuring seamless operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation initiatives. This role combines product management, business analysis, and technical expertise to optimize ERP systems and related integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in product management with proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations and transformations, particularly in Supply Chain/Order to Cash domains.
• Strong operational experience with Oracle ERP, including Finance and SCM modules.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, global rollouts, or modernization initiatives, including technical architecture, solution design, and product management.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, SI partners, and complex design decisions in ERP programs.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences is highly desirable.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certifications in Oracle Cloud, Agile methodologies, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
