Job Description
Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to lead the next phase of its ServiceNow maturity, with a primary focus on developing and implementing the Discovery module in an environment where CMDB is already in place. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how ServiceNow is developed, architected, integrated, and optimized within their ecosystem.
This is not a role for someone who simply designs from a distance or passes issues to other teams. This is a lean, high-accountability, highly technical role, and this person will be expected to roll up their sleeves, work through technical and process challenges directly, and drive issues through to resolution. The right candidate will be both a savvy developer and a hands-on problem solver who can tailor ServiceNow capabilities to fit the environment — not force the environment to fit the tool.
This person will also be responsible for helping transition work currently being handled by one of their partners, ensuring solutions are operationalized effectively, tested thoroughly, and functioning as intended.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with deep, hands-on solution architecture experience
• Proven experience implementing and/or architecting ServiceNow Discovery
• Strong experience with CMDB, including CI class structure, relationships, governance, and data integrity
• Experience designing and developing ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments
Experience with platform automation, workflow/process optimization, and operational improvement
