Job Description
This role supports both fine fragrance and consumer fragrance development, ranging from bar soaps and candles to wall plug-ins, deodorants, aerosols, and fine fragrance pumps. The team takes fragrance oils developed by the perfumery lab and incorporates them into the required product formats.
The position requires strong foundational math skills, particularly around percentages and measurements, as well as excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy and prevent cross-contamination. The lab handles approximately 10–15 sales orders at a time, with each order potentially including anywhere from a few to over 100 samples.
This is a highly active, fast-paced, and dynamic lab environment where team members collaborate closely and contribute wherever needed. The team is currently looking to bring on additional support within the Applications Lab.

Bachelor's Degree in Scientific Field
