Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a client in a highly collaborative and mission-driven health services organization in identifying an experienced Remote Recruiter to support hiring across healthcare, corporate, and engineering functions. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts and delivering top-tier talent for both high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. This is a fast-paced, partnership-focused environment with strong leadership engagement and a supportive culture that values transparency, accountability, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 20–30 requisitions on average, including:
o Intake meetings and requirement definition
o Sourcing, screening, and candidate submission
o Interview coordination and offer management
• Source and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using:
o Advanced Boolean search techniques
o Workday and ATS tools
o LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche sourcing channels
o Proactive outreach to professional groups and networks
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to:
o Provide market insights and candidate guidance
o Present candidate profiles and hiring recommendations
o Drive alignment on expectations, feedback, and timelines
• Act as a trusted consultant to the business:
o Hold stakeholders accountable to process and timelines
o Offer best practices and improve hiring workflows
o Provide consistent updates and maintain strong communication
• Maintain a high level of organization and visibility across active roles and pipelines
• Focused Roles:
o Healthcare: Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physicians (MDs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants (MAs)
o Corporate: HR, business operations, and general corporate functions
o Technical/Engineering: Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and related roles

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing hard-to-fill positions
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS systems
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable partnering with and presenting to leadership
