Insight Global is seeking a Buyer Assistant to support a large, fast‑paced healthcare organization. This individual will play a key administrative role within the procurement team, assisting buyers with order tracking, purchase order processing, and exception management. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a high‑volume transactional environment while leveraging strong Excel skills to support daily operations. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree
1–2 years of experience in an office‑based role supporting administrative functions preferably in a healthcare environment or on a supply chain/finance team
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, transactional environment
Strong Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Healthcare buyer or healthcare purchasing experience
Experience working in a large or complex organization
