Insight Global is seeking a Line Locator Supervisor for a top utility services client. This individual will oversee a team responsible for locating underground utilities while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role combines hands‑on leadership with administrative oversight, including ticket management, audits, reporting, and customer coordination. Supervise and coach a team of line locator technicians
Manage daily ticket schedules and audit field work for safety and quality
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OQs, and company policies
Conduct safety inspections and resolve technical or field issues
Maintain accurate records, reports, and job documentation
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
Manage inventory of locating tools and equipment

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
21 years of age or older
3+ years of experience in damage prevention, line locating, or related field
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of ticket management systems and safety/regulatory standards
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills
Ability to work outdoors, lift equipment, and adapt to flexible schedules
