A large pharmaceutical client is seeking a skilled and experienced Deployment Lead to manage the multi-year, multi-phased Oracle Fusion Upgrade Program. This critical role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all deployment activities across Finance, Procurement and Product Data Hub phases of the upgrade program. The Deployment Lead will ensure seamless integration, minimal disruption, and successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This position requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to manage deployment activities across multiple phases of the upgrade program

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience leading deployments for large-scale Oracle Fusion programs, preferably across multi-year and multi-phased projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, including ERP, SCM, and GRC.
• Expertise in deployment planning, risk management, and technical troubleshooting and SOX and IT Change Controls.
• Hands on experience with deployment for Finance, Procurement and Product Data Hub modules to enhance financial operations, ensure compliance, and Chart of Account and Item Master data redesign.
• Experience with advanced features like financial forecasting, year over year Financial results reporting, Data reconciliation and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is highly desirable.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certification in Oracle Fusion or related technologies.
• Experience managing complex projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
