Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CRM Project Manager for a top financial services client within an Equities Technology portfolio. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for CRM support and project coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving enhancements across the platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management, CRM functional expertise, and user-facing support experience, and thrives in fast-paced, highly visible environments supporting front-office teams. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite.
Day-to-Day:
•Serve as the first-line functional support contact for CRM (Salesforce) inquiries from Global Markets users
•Troubleshoot CRM data, workflow, permission, and UI issues; escalate to internal or vendor teams as needed
•Maintain detailed issue logs including severity, business impact, resolution path, and turnaround times
•Identify recurring CRM pain points and partner with admin/development teams on enhancements
•Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and milestones for CRM and related initiatives
•Coordinate UAT efforts, including test scripts, defect logging, user feedback, and retesting
•Support cross-functional initiatives such as CRM integrations, data migrations, and workflow redesigns
•Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status, resolutions, and escalations
•Assist with CRM training materials, job aids, quick-reference guides, and release notes
•Support onboarding of new users, including walkthroughs of core workflows and best practices

Required Skills & Experience
•3-7 years of project or program management experience within Financial Services / Equities / Capital Markets technology
•Strong experience in PM/BA or support-style project roles in fast-paced environments
•Hands-on experience supporting CRM platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
•Ability to troubleshoot CRM functional issues (data, workflows, permissions, UI)
•Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and vendors
•Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining issue logs, schedules, risks, and status reporting
•Excellent communication skills with both business users and technical teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Experience supporting Equities Research, Sales & Trading, or Global Markets users
•Experience with CRM integrations, data migrations, or workflow redesigns
•Familiarity with CRM analytics tools, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms
•Experience coordinating UAT cycles and user feedback collection
•Background in contract-to-hire roles within investment banking or asset management
