Job Description

The Control Room Technician(s) is responsible for monitoring operational systems, managing work orders, and responding to system alarms to ensure smooth and continuous facility operations. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple applications while following established procedures. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Monitor and work within a historian system that collects and stores operational data, including CT usage.
• Review system data and identify issues or alarms that require action.
• Create and manage work orders within the designated work order system.
• Contact the appropriate designee or on-call personnel when alarms or issues arise.
• Serve as a point of ownership for assigned work orders, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to control room activities and processes.
• Accurately document actions taken, calls made, and system updates.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and operational compliance.
