Job Description
One of our top wealth management clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager in their New York Office, to own the technical engine behind their growth. This isn't a generalist role — it's built for someone who lives in the funnel, thinks in experiments, and can't sleep until they know exactly why a metric moved.
You'll be the technical point person for all things growth marketing: our paid channels, our measurement infrastructure, our test-and-learn roadmap, and the KPIs that connect marketing activity to business outcomes. You'll sit at the intersection of data, channels, and strategy — and you'll own execution across all three.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and the Head of Business Operations to build a predictable, scalable acquisition engine. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who wants to shape how a fintech company at their stage grows.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
