Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join one of our largest pharmaceutical clients onsite 5x/week in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Engineering and Automation Project Management team within the Engineering and Automation space to lead multiple mission critical projects across the organization. This candidate will be expected to operate 80% as oversight to projects, applying structures etc. and 20% of the time assisting in tool and technique development to help uplift the PMO, identifying potential gaps and helping to fill said gaps as needed. This individual will be expected to hold high level relationships across the business, run status meetings, hold teams accountable to deliverables, and collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Automation Engineers, and Application QA. This candidate will need to be able to step in and hit the ground running as they will be a main leader in ensuring the success and execution of a portfolio of high priority projects. The client is ideally looking for someone with proven technical expertise who is also a self-driven, forward-thinking individual who will be able to step in and from time to time and show other members of the org how to execute as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Tech PM experience (or generally senior level technical PM knowledge/experience)
- Experience with Project 21
- Pharma/GxP/Life Sciences experience
- Proven experience communicating/presenting to stakeholders
- Must be self driven and have sharp critical thinking skills – forward thinking and improvement focused
- Engineering concept of SDLCs/experience working with Engineers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Jira/Atlassian
- Engineering background
