Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to sit in Latin America with one of their financial trading platform clients. This engineer will be responsible for operationalizing and supporting security tooling across the organization. 40% of the role will focus on maintaining and supporting existing tools, ensuring they are functioning correctly and providing technical support as needed. Another 40% will be dedicated to net-new work, including building new security tools, developing AI-driven agents to support security use cases, and expanding the overall tooling ecosystem. The remaining time will support broader program initiatives and coordination. The role requires understanding of cloud infrastructure, security operations, and automation with hands-on work deploying resources via Terraform and supporting AWS based environments.

Required Skills & Experience
10-12 years of Devops and Security experience
Hands-on experience deploying, maintaining, and operationalizing security tools
Strong cloud experience, AWS services (S3, Kubernetes, etc.)
Familiarity with security tooling
Comfortability with AI-driven tooling
Infrastructure as code (IaC) experience writing teraform modules
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Ansible
AI coding assistant experience
Experience building or extending custom security tooling
