The world's leading beverage company is home to the largest and most well-known and loved beer brands. The Mainstream Brand team includes a portfolio of brands that manages over 70% of company volume. The U.S. Innovation Strategy & Planning team is seeking an individual who will ensure continuity across Stage Gate governance, innovation performance tracking, and operating rhythm enablement,
supporting cross-functional alignment and leadership decision-making. Own monthly innovation review cycles, manage submissions and readiness, orchestrate committee meetings, and track actions through post‑launch reviews. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences; analyze performance vs. prior periods and synthesize insights for leadership decision‑making. Facilitate the Innovation 1YP process, develop business cases for future pipeline, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership. Run global reporting cadences, huddles, competitive innovation tracking, and ensure clear, consistent information flow across teams. Stage Gate materials, performance dashboards and insights, global presentations/templates, and end‑to‑end organization and facilitation of critical initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong project management, planning, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills
- Performance analysis and reporting experience (both analyzing data and storytelling for
wide range of audiences)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint and data analysis capabilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Power BI or dashboard development experience
- Familiarity with innovation development and commercialization processes
