Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Paralegal for a top transportation and logistics client in the White Plains, NY area. This individual will play a critical role supporting a fast‑paced Labor & Employment legal team by managing a high‑volume litigation docket from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly and accuracy is essential. Day-to-Day:
- Support Labor & Employment attorneys across multiple litigation matters
-Manage matter intake, including maintaining matter management systems
-Draft and issue legal holds; identify custodians and coordinate with counsel
-Provide end‑to‑end discovery and eDiscovery support
-Coordinate responses to subpoenas and personnel file requests
-Conduct and support internal pre‑litigation investigations
-Manage trackers, databases, and reporting for active matters
-Coordinate settlement payments, checks, and related documentation
-Audit legal invoices and partner on spend management initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation matters

Cradle‑to‑grave litigation experience (complaint through resolution)

Experience managing a high‑volume caseload (55–75 active matters)

Strong eDiscovery experience, including Relativity

Familiarity with matter management and/or e‑billing tools (e.g., Ringtail, LegalTracker)

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Corporate legal department experience

Labor & Employment exposure (not required)

Experience coordinating EEOC and single‑plaintiff matters

Experience with invoice auditing, legal spend management, or KPIs

Prior collaboration with HR, Risk, Safety, or Accounting teams
