Job Description
• Coordinate and lead regular meetings with Participating Contractors to review their project pipeline and monitor progress toward goals for their program participation, including quarterly on-site visits at larger PC locations to gather feedback, address concerns and complaints, and assess installation capacity.
• Monitor and communicate updates on quarterly allocations, quality/performance, existing and incoming pipeline, and other matters based on information from Program Managers, Project Managers, Technical Specialists, etc.
• Conduct trainings, webinars, and events for Participating Contractors in partnership with Program and Outreach teams.
• Gather and document lessons learned, action items, and feedback from PCs to share with Willdan staff and Con Edison.
• Address PC underperformance and manage disciplinary action when necessary in partnership with Technical Specialists.
• Draft correspondence to PCs regarding upcoming program deadlines, announcements, and changes upon request.
• Assist onboarding of contractors
Performance will be evaluated by, but not limited to:
• Your ability to translate program requirements into action through Participating Contractors
• Hosting meetings with top PCs, in-person, quarterly to ensure:
◦ Their pipelines are moving smoothly
◦ All projects are captured
◦ Review issues related to projects including Quality Control issues, Inspection issues
◦ Review incentive budget and spend with contractors
• Providing accurate sales, installation, and cure timelines for forecasting on a monthly basis for each major PC

Required Skills & Experience
• Proactive - on the phone in between site visits so making sure someone who sees these contractors as theirs (Personality)
* 2-3 years of Energy efficiency background
