Job Description

The IT Procurement Analyst will report to the Manager of IT Procurement and will support domestic and international procurement and vendor management for end-user IT software, hardware, mobile devices, and professional services in the US, LATAM, EMEA and APJ. This position will be key to delivery of global procurement services such as raising Purchase Order requests, generating quotes and statements of work, processing invoices, etc.

This role will ensure that global IT Procurement standards are implemented and will coordinate
suppliers and internal resources to ensure successful delivery of IT Procurement services.
• Support domestic and international IT procurement operations, including vendor management for end- user technology, mobility services, enterprise software, and IT professional services.
• Drive adoption of global IT procurement governance policies and best practices to ensure alignment with enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Experience in and a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement process management
• Serve as an elevated buyer, applying strong critical thinking and market awareness to evaluate supplier capabilities, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and optimize procurement outcomes.
• Lead or support vendor performance management, including supplier monitoring, development planning, and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure alignment with business requirements, scope, and procurement standards, then submit requests in workforce management systems for PO execution.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and relevant dependencies with procurement operations.
• Identify process inefficiencies or operational breakdowns and recommend improvements to strengthen procurement workflows and service delivery.
• Work with the Collaboration team to review and approve enterprise software requests (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft, Autodesk).
• Work across global partners and teams to coordinate multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and communication.
• Review supplier statements, credit notes, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with procurement and accounts payable processes.
• Partners with Global Service Desk, Local Deskside Teams, and operational support teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and at a high level of satisfaction.
• Support user training, documentation, and service improvement initiatives that enhance procurement operations and stakeholder experience.
• Manage and administer the shared IT Procurement mailbox, triaging requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when managing competing priorities, vendor challenges, or operational obstacles.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or indirect procurement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in software procurement and IT services sourcing
- Strong business acumen with awareness of technology market trends and supplier landscapes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience (ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, AutoNow or similar platforms)
