Job Description
- To provide Technical Leadership to the AMD FM Operations team to deliver strong management of client
Assets by implementing proper maintenance strategies, appropriate maintenance programs, effective
CMMS management.
- To provide technical expertise and technical advice to EMEA client team when managing Asset Life Cycle
and replacement.
- To ensure CW IFM team remain compliant with any statutory maintenance obligations across the
EMEA portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience
- Engineering qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
- Time served engineer with at least 5 years management experience in a Technical role
- Experience managing large Office portfolios across EMEA
- Technical Services Delivery in a high-quality office environment with Global clients
