Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a luxury fashion brand seeking a Client Advisor to support its U.S. flagship boutique in SoHo, New York. This role offers the opportunity to join an emerging, highly artistic luxury label newly introduced to the U.S. market, where you will play a key role in cultivating long-term relationships and delivering an elevated, personalized in‑store experience.

As a Client Advisor, you will serve as a brand ambassador, focusing heavily on relationship-driven sales rather than foot-traffic volume. This individual will cultivate a loyal client base, host private appointments and styling sessions, and provide thoughtful, fashion-forward guidance in a refined boutique environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, values longevity and growth, and is excited to help establish a new brand presence in the U.S.

This role requires full availability, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to commute easily to the SoHo store location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a highly personalized, luxury-level client experience through one-on-one selling and relationship building
- Actively grow, manage, and maintain a personal client book, driving repeat business and private appointments
- Confidently style and advise clientele
- Host private shopping appointments, trunk shows, and exclusive client events
- Most or exceed individual and store sales goals through thoughtful, consultative selling
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Communicate brand story, craftsmanship, and artistic vision in an authentic and engaging way
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and teammates to ensure a cohesive, elevated boutique environment
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and uphold the boutique’s luxury standards at all times
