Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support and grow the West Region territory for a Medical and Industrial Equipment Manufacturing client. This is a hunter‑based role responsible for developing new business, expanding market presence, and driving product specification with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and develop new business with contractors, engineers, and healthcare facilities
• Sell Amico’s industrial product line into construction and engineering environments
• Drive product specification with engineers and hospital personnel
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Travel throughout the territory to build and maintain relationships

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience
• Background in construction, engineering, or industrial sales strongly preferred
• Proven hunter mentality with experience prospecting new clients and closing business

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous work experience with competitors such as Beacon, PowerX, or Pattons Medical
• Competitive background (e.g. someone who comes from a competitive sports background)
