This senior‑level individual contributor role supports the delivery, stability, and evolution of ServiceNow Risk Management solutions, including IRM, BCM, and TPRM. The role partners closely with risk stakeholders, platform engineering, and architecture teams to enhance platform capabilities, adopt new ServiceNow features, and ensure scalable, reliable risk technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day technical support, stability, and enhancements for ServiceNow IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications
Design and implement high‑quality configurations and integrations aligned to ServiceNow best practices
Evaluate new ServiceNow features and releases and recommend adoption opportunities
Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to configuration standards and platform governance

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow Risk Management (IRM) development or advanced road mapping
Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM, BCM, TPRM, or other non‑ITSM modules
Proficiency with Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), business rules, ACLs, and UI configuration
Experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting issues, and improving performance and reliability
Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑IRM, CIS‑BCM, CIS‑TPRM, or similar)
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub) and CI/CD or update set management
Familiarity with risk, compliance, continuity, or third‑party risk management methodologies
