Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the League, Club & Event vertical, with a primary focus on a robust billing and financial management platform that powers youth sports organizations. This role sits at the center of the business, combining product leadership with program management execution to ensure that strategy turns into measurable business outcomes. On a day to day basis, you will own the product vision and roadmap, translating company goals into prioritized initiatives that balance customer needs, revenue impact, and technical feasibility. You will define success metrics, track product health, and regularly report on adoption, retention, and financial performance to leadership. You will operate as the connective tissue across the organization — coordinating closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, high quality solutions; partnering with Sales and Marketing to ensure launches are aligned with go to market plans; and working with Finance to ensure billing and revenue workflows are accurate and operationally sound. When features ship, the business will be ready to sell, bill, and support them. This role is highly customer focused. You will engage directly with club directors, league administrators, and other stakeholders to understand billing workflows, operational pain points, and end to end user journeys. You’ll validate problems before building solutions and act as the internal expert on how families, players, and organizations interact with the platform. From a technical perspective, you will collaborate deeply with engineering leadership throughout the development lifecycle — shaping problem statements, reviewing trade offs, participating in feasibility discussions, and ensuring alignment between business intent and technical execution. While not a hands on engineer, you will be comfortable discussing system constraints, architectural considerations, and implementation complexity.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
