Job Description
The Product Owner will lead enhancement initiatives for an established Health Cloud platform used to manage relationships and performance with affiliated providers. This role will prioritize capabilities such as workflow management, automation, insights, dashboards, reporting, and action tracking to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for Health Cloud enhancements
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead initiatives across workflow automation, engagement notebook capabilities, and reporting improvements
• Partner with architecture and development teams to ensure scalable solution design
• Align dashboards and IPA reporting enhancements to performance management goals
• Coordinate release planning and stakeholder communication
• Track adoption and business impact of delivered capabilities

Required Skills & Experience
• 6 to 10 years of Product Owner or platform leadership experience
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, reporting, and provider engagement processes
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
