Role Overview:
The Frontend / Full‑Stack Developer will be responsible for building and enhancing modern, scalable web applications using contemporary JavaScript frameworks. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality user experiences while collaborating closely with backend and product teams to support end‑to‑end application development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and React
• Build reusable, high‑quality UI components with a focus on performance and scalability
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and support full‑stack functionality
• Translate product requirements and designs into clean, maintainable code
• Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for modern browsers
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for frontend development
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and cross‑browser issues

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience as a Frontend or Full‑Stack Developer
• Hands‑on experience with Next.js and React
• Solid understanding of modern web application development
• Experience building responsive, production‑grade web applications
• Familiarity with modern tooling and workflows for web application development
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed (nearshore/offshore) team environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working in healthcare or a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government)
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and data‑privacy considerations common to regulated industries
• Full‑stack development experience (frontend with some backend exposure)
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with modern tooling and workflows for web application development
