Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a L2 Desktop Support Technician to help support our clients end-user services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience helping support, maintain, and configure client systems on Windows 11. This person will have hands on experience supporting PC/desktop issues, including imaging and deployment of laptops, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting Microsoft 365, and resolving incidents in a 24/7 operational environment. This role is fully on site in White Plains, NY and comes with an hourly rate of $30.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience with PC/Desktop support
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and Office 365
- Prior experience imaging laptops and work stations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Intune
AV Experience, supporting conference rooms
