Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager Liaison to join the AV & Physical Security team onsite in New York City. This role is critical to ensuring seamless technology operations that directly protect and enable onsite tour revenue. Acting as the strategic bridge between tour operations, AV execution, and vendor coordination, the Product Manager Liaison drives reliability, readiness, and innovation across all tour technology platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, technical fluency, and a proactive mindset to align AV capabilities and physical security standards with evolving tour needs. This role requires a high level of organization, responsiveness, and strategic thinking to support both operational excellence and long-term partnership goals.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, AV operations, or technical program coordination.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and vendor partnerships.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, tour operations, and enterprise technology environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical parties.
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with a focus on operational reliability.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting live events or touring productions.
- Technical fluency in AV platforms, content management systems, Physical Security tools (Lenel/Genetec) and remote support tools
