Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to sit remotely for a large pharmaceutical client. This BA will join the Information Security team to support the Enterprise Cyber Resilience Initiative.
Following a recent internal audit, five key risks were identified for the committee. Two risks relate to industrial operations, product supply, and segmentation networks. The organization requires the ability to activate a “drawbridge” capability, allowing IOPS to operate independently if the corporate network becomes unavailable. For example, if the main company network goes down, manufacturing must still be able to continue producing pharmaceutical products without interruption.
Additional risks relate to the disaster recovery (DR) program. There are 300 Tier 1 applications that must be restored within 24 hours; however, current staffing and time constraints make this unachievable. DR responsibilities are distributed across several functions, and there is no clear prioritization—this requires structured coordination and defined restoration sequencing.
The team is also expanding software detection capabilities and is evaluating Claroty vs. Armis. The BA will assist in gathering information andcreating materials for C‑level leaders to present to the board. They will also contribute to financial estimates and provide coordination support.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of InfoSec and Disaster Recovery and experience communicating findings to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Pay is around 68/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT
-5+ years of experience working as a BA within an InfoSec disaster recovery (DR) program
-Strong experience gathering requirements from SMEs for C‑level/board presentations
-Experience with software detection technologies
-Some coordination/project support experience
